What's Our Goal With Dog Day Out...
As a foster-based rescue, we strive to get our dogs seen by the public in as many ways as possible. Our new Dog Day Out Program aims to pair qualified foster dogs with volunteers to explore new sights, sounds, and smells! These adventures can help us learn more about the dog, meet potential adopters, and simply give the dog a break from their normal routines!

Fill Out a Volunteer Application
Tell us why you want to volunteer, how often you are available, and what level of experience you have

Read the Welcome Packet
Download and read the welcome packet that goes over all of the rules and safety precautions for the Dog Day Out Program.

Complete Volunteer Agreement
Complete and submit the volunteer agreement. This reviews the rules listed in the welcome packet to abide by.

Fill Out a Volunteer Questionnaire
Help us best match you with one of our adoptable dogs. We like to pair energy, age, and adventure levels with the appropriate volunteer.

Secure a Spot with Your Pup!
Ensure you have secured a pick up date, time and dog with us ahead of time. We will provide you with the essentials needed!

Have Fun & Report Back!
Use our 'Approved Adventure List' and hit the road with your pup! When you return, we have a report card to complete for your day!
Without a physical adoption facility, we rely on networking our dogs by word of mouth, adoption events, social media and our website - THANK YOU for helping us to continue our mission!
