Zane came to the rescue in December of 2020 from Miami-Dade Animal Services. He was found wandering as a stray on the streets and never claimed by his original owners. Zane was slated for euthanasia at the shelter for kennel behavior; he is barrier aggressive and has triggers that will need to be worked with. He was a bit nervous coming from the shelter, but he has opened up in foster care with the proper guidance and training.
Zane loves his people once he trusts you and is eager to please, he will need ongoing training for his triggers and an owner who understands how to keep him from situations that are not suitable for him. He cannot be adopted into a home with children. Zane loves soaking up the sun, playing with toys, and lying on a soft bed. He can get along with another dog with proper meet and greets
Adoption Fee: $250
